Four-post lifts use a single hydraulic cylinder driving a cable-and-pulley system to raise all four runways simultaneously. The drive-on design makes loading fast — no arm adjustment required.
Electric-hydraulic system with a single low-pressure cylinder. Press and hold the "Up" button to raise. The system balances automatically through synchronized cables on all four columns.
Drive onto the runways using the approach ramps. Position the vehicle centered front-to-back. The rubber bumpers on the runway ends act as wheel stops — no need to chalk or chock.
Spring-loaded safety locks click into the lock ladders on each column as you raise. You can stop at any locking position. Use the pneumatic lock release button (single press) to drop all locks simultaneously before lowering.
Optional sliding bridge jacks sit between the runways and let you lift individual wheels off the track for tire rotation, brake service, or alignment. Roll them fore or aft to position under the axle.
Spring-loaded lock pawls engage in the lock ladder (typically every 3–6") as the lift rises. All four columns lock simultaneously — the lift cannot lower until all locks are released.
Four independent lifting cables, each rated well above the full lift capacity. A cable-slack detection system triggers an immediate halt if any cable goes slack — preventing the runway from listing.
Precision cable pulleys ensure all four corners rise at the same rate. Most models include a run-out limiter that cuts power if one corner gets more than 1" ahead of the others.
Immediate-cut e-stop button on the control pendant halts all motion. The lift holds at its current position. Useful if a vehicle rolls forward on the runways during lifting.
If you need storage and service from the same lift, 4-post is the move. The Titan’s 48″ runways beat most competitors (standard is 42″) which matters if you ever plan to lift a dually. The cable equalization is more reliable than chain systems long-term — less stretch, less maintenance.
