The SemiLift Runway System handles Class 8 over-the-road semi-trucks, tractor units, and full-length trailers. The 4-post runway design fits vehicles up to 102” wide and 48’ long — a full standard trailer length. Four synchronized hydraulic cylinders raise the entire loaded tractor-trailer combination to 60” service height. The 60,000 lb system rating covers a fully loaded 5-axle combination at GVWR. Drive-on steel runways with integral wheel chocks. Removable center sections allow selective axle servicing without lifting the full vehicle. The control system includes position sensors on all four columns with automatic leveling adjustment. Requires a 3-phase power supply and a concrete floor rated for 8,000 PSI at anchor points. Full engineering consultation, site preparation specs, installation, and commissioning included.
