Pentalift 6000DL Portable Hydraulic Dock Lift

The Pentalift 6000DL is a 6,000 lb capacity portable hydraulic dock lift designed for facilities that load and unload trucks but lack a traditional loading dock — or for operations that need flexible dock positioning across multiple doors and yard locations. Unlike pit-mounted dock levelers, the 6000DL is freestanding and requires no civil construction: roll it into position at a grade-level door, lower the lip plate to the trailer floor, and start moving pallets. The 48" × 60" platform travels from 0" to 60" elevation, covering the full height range of standard box trucks, dry vans, and refrigerated trailers (typically 44"–60" from grade). A 110V/220V electric-hydraulic power unit raises and lowers the platform smoothly under full load. Manual push handles allow one person to reposition the unit between trailer doors. The platform lip adjusts to bridge the gap between the lift and the trailer floor, creating a continuous working surface for pallet jacks, hand trucks, and walkable loads. OSHA 1910.26 compliant.
